Don’t eat artificial sweeteners will harm your health: Study
Today’s youngsters prefers artificial sweeteners to maintain their body especially the girls are very worried about their weight instead of eating natural things they adopt many artificial things that can harm their health.
Artificial sweeteners are not digested by the body. However, the recent study suggests that bacteria in the gut may be able to break down artificial sweeteners, resulting in negative health effects, there are many new sugar substitutes that are used in foods and beverages and are marketed as ‘sugar-free’ or ‘diet’ including soft drinks, chewing gum, jellies, baked goods, candy, fruit juice, ice cream and yogurt.
As per the study shows that individuals with obesity who eat artificial sweeteners, particularly aspartame, may have worse glucose management than those who don’t take sugar substitutes. Individuals reported their diet over the past 24 hours and were categorized as consumers of artificial sweeteners – aspartame or saccharin, or high or low consumers of natural sugars – sugar or fructose.
So, as per the report, everyone should stay away from not only artificial sweeteners but also all that artificial eatable products that can harm your health. It’s not very difficult to eat healthy and stay healthy you should only pay concentration and follow a proper diet chart.
