Eat simple food for good health
We eat food to boost our body and help our body functions. Unfortunately most of the persons eat wrong type of meals too much. If any person suffering from some diseases like indigestion, constipation, heartburn then it is sure that he is eating some unhealthy food.
It is undoubted that we need to eat simple and healthy food. Here are some simple and easy steps to make better health of your metabolism.
- First of all when you take your meal, say no to water and other liquid material. If you drink liquids with your meal then it become more difficult to digest the food. So always drink water or any other liquid before and after 1 hour taking meal.
- Don’t take too much amount of bread in meal. It will help you to loose weight and keep you fit.
- Limited food is always helpful for you. We can say that have only one type of protein at a particular time like either egg or meat. Don’t take too much protein at a time.
- Have various types of carbohydrates. Eat 2-3 types of vegetables and starch like potato and corn. This is easy to digest into your body.
- Never eat too much spicy and junk food like Manchurians and noodles. Eating too much spicy food is harmful to your health.
- Consuming lot of water helps you to maintain the balance of body fluids. It can control calories and also helps you to keep your skin looking shiny and radiant.
Lastly, we can say that try to eat as healthy food as possible; if you do it then you can see your digestion will improve. Your body will feel energetic and your life will be full of happiness and comfort.
