DON’T THINK JUST DO IT – with the sayings day two of Induction program exclusively for engineering students concluded at MALWA INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, Indore on August 18, 2017. The stage was charmed by the gracious presence of Dr. Janak Palta (social worker), Mrs.Neha Pande (HR Manager) and Mr. Ravi Kumar Singh (HR Manager).
M.S Murthy, director of the institute commenced the function by grand welcome of all the dignitaries & students thereby followed the speech of our honourable guest giving some hard core inspiration for all.
The Induction feast started with a treat of powerful words from Mrs. Janak Palta well known as JANAK DIDI, an Indian social worker and the founding trustee and vice chairperson of Jimmy McGilligan Centre for Sustainable Development.
Janak didi said, she is not here to INSPIRE anyone but to STIMULATE all. Her word goes by “Samaj ke lie mechanical & civil engineer’s ki zarurat hai” & I’ am sure Malwa Institute is going to serve some great engineers for the well being of society. According to her 32 years of experience in celebrating girls empowerment she stated that girls should participate more in mechanical field of education & engineering.
“Alignment with people, environment, biodiversity” is crucially important ingredient to survive the success graph is what she addressed her students while conclusion.
Then some power pact inspiring words where delivered by Mrs. Neha Pandey, Director (HR) at Virim InfoTech Indore who shared three ways to embrace success & Mr. Ravi Singh Kumar, HR at Krabimi technologies Indore whose simple funda for getting successful is “Padho, Sikho aur APPLY karo”.
Such highly skilled professionals & dignitaries bestowed the throng with mantras & ideas. Definitely a power booster for new comers which are going to be “ICON OF THE FUTURE”
