Puch up is one of a common calisthenics exercise performed in a prone position by raising and lowering the body using the arms. Push-ups exercise the pectoral muscles, triceps, and anterior deltoids, with ancillary benefits to the rest of the deltoids, serratus anterior, coracobrachialis and the midsection as a whole. Push-ups are a basic exercise used in civilian athletic training or physical education and commonly in military physical training.
So how many puch up you can do a day 50, 60,100. How about 1200, sounds weird right. Well here we have a man who do 1200 a day. Yes 1200 you read it right.
Meet Chadoy Leon, a 24-year-old dancer from The Bronx, recently set social media ablaze with videos of him doing extreme variations of the pushups. Leon started adding the exercise to his daily workout routine in 2012. Back then, he weighed 250 pounds and, he says, he wanted to look more lean instead of bulky. Now he’s down to 203 pounds.
Leon’s Instagram page (and the House of Highlights account) is filled with impressive pushup videos. These workouts aren’t for everyone, as they take some serious concentration and skill.
Shoutout to @bleacherreport & @houseofhighlights for showing love and support!.

“I love doing pushups,” Leon, a health coach at nutrition company Herbalife, tells The Post. “I get a nice pump from them and it strengthens my core.”
“It’s a great way to really get definition, and it tightens my core and it’s a pretty good cardio workout, as well,” he says.
So now if you are planning to start an exercise routine he is the man you need to take inspiration from.
